Contents
The copy describes types of work. Price, timeline and scope are agreed in writing after an enquiry. Demonstration portfolio items and catalog listings are not delivered client projects and are not working software until they are replaced and marked as available.
Free software
When a real file is published, it is provided under the licence shown in the listing. SWS is not responsible for damage from installing a file whose checksum does not match or that was downloaded from elsewhere.
Intellectual property
The design, copy and graphics of the site belong to SWS unless stated otherwise. Client software built under a contract is governed by that contract.
