What data is collected

Enquiries

When you submit the form we process name, email, phone (if provided), service type, budget, deadline and project description. The data is used only to answer the enquiry and related correspondence.

Server logs

The web server may log IP address, time and requested URL for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used for marketing profiles.

Cookies and analytics

By default the site does not load analytics or marketing cookies. A consent notice appears only if analytics is enabled in the configuration. Necessary technical browser settings (for example a preference after consent) are not used for advertising.

Downloading programs

Downloading a file from the downloads folder does not require registration. The server may log the request.

Term and rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if relevant, to deliver a project, unless the law requires a longer period. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@sws.bg.

Handover

Data is not sold. If the form is connected to an external mail or hosting service, they process the message as technical processors under their agreement with the provider.
